Mountain High 1

We are staying with old friends near Boulder, CO, and are enjoying catching up with them. Here was the view on the road to town from their house.

Because we are acclimating to the altitude these next few days, we had time to wander around Boulder. We walked around Pearl St and visited the Boulder Bookstore https://www.boulderbookstore.net an independent bookstore in an old building—pretty awesome local place. (It reminds me of Powell’s in Portland.) Loved seeing what the kids picked out for themselves.
