Justin and I indulged in coffee while in Cabo San Lucas. The brand we discovered is Chupacabra (the signature roast, I think) https://www.chupacabra-coffee.com. From the first sip to the last sip, we thoroughly enjoyed it. For us, this coffee was the best we’ve ever had. It is very smooth and not bitter at all no matter how strong you make it. This coffee tastes exactly how I always envisioned coffee should taste. In fact, the company challenges coffee drinkers to rdrink it without adding anything: the Chupacabra challenge.
The chupacabra is a legendary creature in the folklore of parts of the Americas that attacks and drinks the blood of livestock.
